Core rules for the service
- You are responsible for the account you create, the information you publish, and the rights you have to any content you upload.
- You keep ownership of your content, but you give Nicola's Number Canvas the limited rights needed to host, display, process, and distribute that content inside the service.
- Public posting is subject to moderation, and content or accounts may be limited or removed if they break the rules or create legal or safety risk.
- The current paid feature is a one-time Remove Ads purchase handled by Apple, not a subscription.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
- If you are using the app on behalf of someone else or an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
2. User content and ownership
- You keep ownership of the photos, captions, comments, profile material, and other content you submit.
- When you post or upload content, you grant Nicola's Number Canvas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical delivery, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.
- You represent that you own the content you submit or have the permissions needed to use and share it.
3. Acceptable use
- You may not use the service to harass people, publish unlawful or abusive material, infringe intellectual-property rights, spam other users, evade moderation, or disrupt the app or backend.
- Public posting and participation in the community feed are also governed by the public Community Guidelines.
4. Moderation and enforcement
- Nicola's Number Canvas may review reports, remove content, restrict visibility, suspend features, or terminate accounts when needed for safety, legal compliance, or service integrity.
- Moderation decisions may consider community reports, repeat behavior, user safety, and technical abuse signals.
- The public Support, Community Guidelines, and Content Rights pages explain how to report content, raise rights issues, or request follow-up when you cannot do so in the app.
- Not every report results in removal, and not every removal results in a warning.
5. Purchases and Apple platform terms
- The current paid feature is a non-consumable one-time Remove Ads purchase processed by Apple through StoreKit.
- Pricing, billing, refunds, and payment methods are subject to Apple’s terms and systems.
- The current app build does not sell auto-renewing subscriptions.
6. Intellectual property and service materials
- The Nicola's Number Canvas app, website, branding, and service materials are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by law.
- You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute protected service materials except as allowed by law or by explicit written permission.
- For copyright and takedown guidance, use the public Content Rights page.
7. Privacy
- Your use of the app and site is also governed by the public Privacy Policy.
- The privacy policy explains what data is collected, what remains local, what becomes public, and what controls exist for deletion and permissions.
8. Availability and disclaimers
- The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued in whole or in part.
- Features may depend on third-party services such as Apple, Google, Firebase, Cloudflare, or iCloud availability.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
9. Liability and changes
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nicola's Number Canvas is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
- We may update these terms as the app and service change. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
