Your privacy and account controls in Nicola's Number Canvas

Effective date: March 10, 2026

This page summarizes the practical controls available in the current app build for local-only use, public posting, permissions, blocking, and account deletion.

At a glance

What you can control

  • You can create canvases locally without publishing them to the public feed.
  • You choose when to share privately, when to publish publicly, and when to delete posts.
  • You can manage photo-library and notification permissions in iOS Settings.
  • If you can still sign in, you can delete your account from inside the current app build without contacting support.

1. Local creation versus public posting

  • If you only create canvases on your device, your imported source photos and working progress stay local unless you choose to share or post them.
  • If you publish a social post, other users can see your public profile, caption, comments, likes, follows, and completion-related activity tied to that post.

2. Profile and permission controls

  • You can edit your username, bio, and avatar inside the app.
  • You can manage photo-library and notification permissions in iOS Settings.
  • The current build does not request camera, microphone, contacts, or location access.

3. Blocking, reporting, and feed controls

  • You can report posts and comments in the app for moderation review.
  • You can block users locally in the current build. That block hides their posts from your feed on that device.
  • You can delete your own posts from the service.
  • If you need moderation follow-up outside the app, use the public Support page or email stevenstrange1998@gmail.com.

4. Account deletion

  • If you can access the app, open your profile, tap the more menu, and use the in-app Delete Account control.
  • If you can still sign in, use the in-app control first. You do not need to email support just to delete your account.
  • Account deletion is intended to remove the account, associated posts, social records, and uploaded files tied to that account from the live service, subject to cache expiry and platform limits.
  • If you cannot access the app, start with the public Support page or email stevenstrange1998@gmail.com, then review the privacy policy for the current guidance.

5. Ads and purchases

  • You can stop rewarded ads by purchasing Remove Ads or restoring that purchase if you already own it.
  • The current app build does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.
  • For StoreKit-specific help, use the public Purchase Help page.

6. If you cannot access the app

  • Use the public Support page, the Privacy Policy, and this page to confirm the current deletion and privacy guidance.
  • Email stevenstrange1998@gmail.com with the account email, username, device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue if you still need help.
  • If the request is about a specific post, comment, or moderation action, identify that content so it can be reviewed quickly.
